We had planned our 3 week African Safari to Tanzania and Kenya almost a year in advance. We could hardly wait for our adventure to begin, especially since this was going to be our first migration experience. It was all well worth the wait! Our itinerary was fantastic, camps were great and our guides were awesome. Every detail was thought out and executed flawlessly, including the “wee hours of the morning” pick up at the airport.
Our vehicles were reliable, comfortable, and always had plenty of bottled water. It was great not to worry about a thing!!
I highly recommend using African Safari Discovery for your next trip. Can’t wait to book another safari!!

I’ve traveled to seven different countries in eastern and southern Africa and worked with a number of safari outfitters. During all my years as a photographer and photo tour leader I’ve never met anyone who could match Serah Njoroge for professionalism, integrity and competence.
She is detail oriented, offers extraordinary customer service and has an incomparable knowledge of East African game reserves, lodging and wildlife.
I wouldn’t even think about doing business with anyone else.

This was my seventh trip with Africa Safari Discovery and I would never dream of visiting Kenya and Tanzania through any other outfitter. They are completely honest, utterly reliable and as professional an organization as you’ll find anywhere. This trip took us from the southern Serengeti to Amboseli with a stop at the David Sheldrick elephant orphanage. We saw incredible wildlife and enjoyed the company of some personable and expert guides. An African safari is truly one of life’s great experiences. You want to be sure that your guides and support team are able to get you the most out of the experience. You cannot go wrong with this company.

My husband and I have been thoroughly enjoying visiting Africa for 25 years. Over this time my passion for wildlife has taken me down the path of a photographic career. As my photography became more important so did specific needs grow whilst on safari. Making the most of our time in Africa and making the most of every opportunity photographically became paramount. On our last trip to Tanzania and Kenya we booked a month with a Tanzanian company who did a fantastic job with our itinerary. We did not know who we were getting for the Kenyan portion of our travels and were a little apprehensive. It was needless. We were warmly greeted by not only our driver Ishmael, but by Ammos, the director of the company as we arrived. From there on in everything was amazing. Our itinerary perfectly suited our needs. The vehicle was exactly as I requested with a pop up hatch for photography. They even supplied the little extras like photographic bean bags to make life easier. As with any safari ultimately it is the driver/guide you are put with that makes your time away. Ishmael was a match made in heaven. He was punctual, courteous and couldn’t be more accommodating. His local and general knowledge is a credit to him. We were travelling with our daughter and felt safe and comfortable everywhere we ventured. Because of the amazing quality of service we received from Africa Safari Discovery we won’t hesitate to book our travels with them again and look forward to spending time in Ishmael’s competent hands. Thanks Ammos for everything. Your phone calls to check on us were appreciated and taking time out to greet us personally both before and after our safari rounded off well a fabulous holiday.
